What Your Auxo VA Actually Takes Off Your Plate
The key: Our VAs don't just execute tasks - they think ahead, connect the dots, and anticipate what you need before you have to ask. They become a trusted extension of you, not just someone following orders.
-
Your VA becomes your second brain so you stop feeling scatterbrained and start feeling like you've actually got it together.
This could look like: calendar management, inbox organization, meeting prep, weekly task reminders, agenda creation, protecting your time from low-value requests
-
Your administrative engine runs without you needing to worry about dotting the i's and crossing the t's.
This could look like: Google Drive organization, invoicing, managing a bookkeeper, or making sure you're not still paying for subscriptions you forgot about
-
You're not the one keeping track of everything anymore — and nothing falls through the cracks because of it.
This could look like: deadline tracking, project management tool updates, deliverable follow-up, keeping your team or subcontractors accountable
-
All those ideas you have about making your clients feel truly taken care of? Your VA makes them actually happen.
This could look like: client onboarding support, branded deliverable creation, meeting prep, review and testimonial follow-up, client gift coordination
-
Stop losing track of warm leads in your inbox and letting follow-ups die in a CRM you never update. Know exactly where your pipeline stands — without it becoming a part time job.
This could look like: CRM maintenance, follow-up tracking, inquiry response support, sales call prep, pipeline reporting
Note: we're not lead gen — we help you close the leads you're already getting.
-
Our marketing stays consistent even when you're heads down on client work — because inconsistency is what's been quietly costing you inbound.
This could look like: social media scheduling, LinkedIn connections and articles, newsletter drafting, podcast guest coordination, landing page updates, content repurposing
-
You show up and do what you're good at. Everything else is already handled.
This could look like: registration management, attendee communications, reminder sequences, virtual platform setup and testing, materials preparation, post-event follow-up and testimonial requests. Your VA won't travel — but everything they can handle remotely, they will.
Not seeing what you need here? This isn't an exhaustive list, simply the most common ways founders use their VAs. On your Right Fit Call, we'll talk through what's actually eating your time and figure out the best support mix for you.
How Support Evolves Over Time
Your business doesn't stay the same, and neither should your support.
As priorities shift, we check in to make sure your assistant is still supporting you in the right ways. For example: maybe you started with inbox management and scheduling, but six months later you're launching a new service and need help with client onboarding and project coordination. Your VA evolves with you.
If something needs to change, we handle it. If your assistant needs additional context, training, or redirection, we tackle it.
We intentionally place assistants who can think like generalists, hold context, and adapt so they can keep up with you as your best ideas keep coming.
And this is how you evolve as a business owner — from thinking "my business is messy because I need SOPs" to "my business runs well because I have the right support partner to execute." Your Auxo VA is the person who just gets it.
the proof is in the pudding.

Virtual Assistant FAQ
-
Auxo VA retainers range depending on the number of hours per month and which level of assistant (admin or executive/operations).

-
Admin assistants excel at the detailed, day-to-day work — the stuff that keeps your business running but eats up your time. Executive and ops-level assistants take it a step further, bringing more proactive, strategic support to the table: thinking alongside you, anticipating what's coming, and helping streamline how things run. At both levels, we're always vetting for intuition and critical thinking — not just task completion.
-
We can typically match you with an assistant within 1-2 weeks of your first conversation with us. Once you've confirmed your onboarding path and selected your VA, we build your custom support plan and get your onboarding scheduled within days. Whether you want to interview candidates, run a test project, or just dive right in — we move at your pace.
-
That's more common than you'd think, and it's exactly what the Delegation and Growth Strategy session is designed for. Before jumping into a retainer, that 3-session process helps you map out what to keep, what to hand off, and what your VA should actually look like. If you go on to hire a VA through Auxo, the onboarding fee is waived. It's a solid starting point if you're feeling stuck on where to even begin.
-
Every Auxo VA is U.S.-based, and they go through a 4-phase Whole Person Interviewing process before they ever land on our shortlist. That means by the time you're meeting candidates, you're not sorting through maybes — you're choosing from people who've already been vetted for skills, communication, and cultural fit.
-
It happens, and we don't make it weird. First, we look at whether it's a communication or process issue we can fix — sometimes that's all it is. If it's a personality or working-style mismatch, we have a full team of vetted VAs and we'll find someone who's a better fit.
-
We require a 3-month minimum to start with any of our virtual assistants. If you need to cancel altogether, 30 days' written notice is all we ask. You're not trapped into long-term contracts.
